About the Founder

Waylon Zabriskie is a Le Cordon Bleu graduate with experience across the full spectrum of the food and beverage industry. He began as a butcher’s apprentice in his teens and went on to cook in and manage kitchens in pubs, private country clubs, and five-star resorts.

As a husband and busy father of three, Waylon’s love of great food, entrepreneurial spirit, artistry, and commitment to healthy living have shaped his vision. His respect for quality ingredients and meaningful time with family inspired him to create Prep Chef.

 

Prep Chef exists to support your health and give you back your time by handling your weekly meal prep.
